1. 기준인원 초과 시 1인당 20,000원의 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 
  * 2 일 이상 숙박시, 기준인원 추가 옵션에서 인원 X 숙박일로 예약해 주세요. 
    (예, 3명X2일=6)
  * 입 퇴실시간 : 입실시간은 오후 03:00 이후 퇴실시간은 오전 11시 이전 입니다.

2. 입실하실 때 예약 인원에서 인원이 초과되면 추가 비용이 발생 됩니다. 
    (단, 당일 침구 추가는 불가하오니 사전에 반드시 인원을 추가 바랍니다.)
  * 객실 내에서는 절대적으로 금연입니다. 
  * 한옥의 특성상 객실 내에서 양초, 폭죽, 휴대용 가스렌지의 사용을 금해주시기 바랍니다.
  * 애완동물과 함께 입실하실 수 없습니다. 애완동물 동반 입실 시 환불 없이 강제 퇴실 될 수 있습니다.
  * 객실 이용 시 시설물의 훼손, 분실에 대한 책임은 이용인에게 있습니다.
  * 무분별한 오락 및 음주, 고성방가 등으로 불쾌감을 주는 행동으로 퇴실될 수 있으니 삼가 주의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 사랑채는 별하나, 별둘, 별셋 입니다.
4. 가족실은 정나눔과 숲속 그리고 작은 거실로 구성되어 있습니다.
5. 본채에는 어울림, 귀빈, 정나눔, 숲속이 있습니다. 
6. 더한옥 독채는 본채와 사랑채로 이루어져 있습니다.

2. Etiquette and house rules
*The HANOK is not liable for loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. 
* All rooms and public area are smoke free 
* Please be respectful of the property that is made of all organic materials and wood foundation therefore, do not use candles, fire cracker and any other objects that may cause fire.
* Please switch-off lights, TV, air-con and other electrical appliances and please make sure all faucets / showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
* When unattended, please close room windows and keep doors locked.
* Any damage caused by the guest shall be charged to the guest before check out.
* No pets are allowed.
* Please be courteous and respectful to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and refrain from loud music and noise.
* Excessive noise, illegal or any disrespectful action to the House rule can result in walkout of the property at any time immediately with charge at a full night stay and compensation of any damage.

1. 숙박 7일전까지 금액의 100%환불 
2. 숙박 5일전까지 금액의 70%환불 
3. 숙박 3일전까지 금액의 50%환불 
4. 숙박 2일전 당일까지 환불불가능 
 

  * 객실 예약금 100% 입금 후 해약하실 경우에는 위약금 공제 후 환불합니다.
  * 객실요금을 100% 입금 기준으로 환불 %가 적용됩니다.
  * 올바른 예약 문화의 정착을 위하여 부득이 위약금을 공제하는 것이오니, 예약 전에 여행계획을 면밀히 검토하시고 예약을 하시기 바랍니다
